The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) Security Rule standard sets guidelines for protecting individual electronic protected health information (ePHI). The ePHI that an organization manages, or has access to, must be protected by appropriate administrative, physical and technical controls and safeguards.
AssurX performed rigorous risk assessments and implemented comprehensive controls to safeguard endpoint security, physical security and encryption of customer data (cloud-based OnDemand solution).
