TAMAR JUNE, PRESIDENT & CEO, is an entrepreneur who has mastered the balance of technology, team leadership, and customer-focused business throughout her career. Joining the two co-founders of AssurX in 2000, she helped grow the organization from a lean startup to hundreds of thousands of worldwide users in companies across various markets. Before driving the strategy and direction of the business as CEO, Tamar served as Vice President of Strategic Marketing. ERIC COOPER,VICE PRESIDENT Eric Cooper is responsible for strategic oversight and execution of product development, implementation solutions, customer enablement, and technology operations that meet the current and future needs of the AssurX organization. Eric oversees product roadmap execution, professional services, training services, validation services and IT operations in alignment with the AssurX company vision to design and deliver modernized world-class quality and compliance management solutions and services.
Eric has over 23 years’ experience in information technology with 15 years at AssurX where he was focused on platform development, implementation and training. He has held multiple management roles at AssurX and his extensive track record of technical and strategic leadership and hand-on expertise across multiple disciplines drives successful results for our customers.

KATHRYN WAGNER, VICE PRESIDENT, INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS, ENERGY & UTILITIES INDUSTRY at AssurX, Inc. Kathryn has 8 years’ experience at AssurX working in complex environments in the utilities sector, helping customers implement solutions for NERC and other quality and compliance requirements. Kathryn is responsible for the development and evolution of product offerings for NERC compliance and related systems that focus on reliability and resilience. In addition, Kathryn guides strategic vision and expansion opportunities into other regulated markets within the energy sector. She is responsible for developing and managing AssurX partnerships, and representing AssurX at industry events and conferences as a subject matter expert. STEPHANIE OJEDA, DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT, LIFE SCIENCE & MANUFACTURING at AssurX, Inc. Stephanie Ojeda is responsible for driving product development through innovation and implementation of product roadmaps consistent with the AssurX company vision. She has over 15 years of experience in leading Quality Assurance functions in a variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, food & beverage, and manufacturing. This experience of working on the consumer side of QMS software allows Stephanie to bring her own insights and personal experiences to the table to ensure that AssurX software solutions continue to meet the needs of all of our customers. RANDY ROSE, DIRECTOR OF IT OPERATIONS is a technology visionary responsible for the design and performance of AssurX digital product and network engineering initiatives. As Director of Operations, Randy is responsible for the operation of the AssurX Private Cloud network and the AssurX corporate network. CHRIS ROBERTS, DIRECTOR OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES is responsible for providing project management and oversight for all customer implementation programs, from pre-sales through initial go-live, as well as all facets of AssurX technical support and customer training through the AssurX Academy. His objective is to manage successful projects that build modern quality and compliance management systems for our customers. Chris is highly versed in advanced custom configurations, global integrations, and complex workflows that align with customer requirements and industry best practices. Chris has been with AssurX since January 2008 and has over 20 years of experience in various information technology roles. Chris is a strong IT leader with extensive knowledge in system design, core application management, and impact analysis for system production changes. DAVID VADAS, VICE PRESIDENT, SPECIAL PROJECTS Dave joined AssurX in 2007, establishing and growing the professional services organization. His current role focuses on the management of strategic enterprise implementations of the AssurX system. Over his 36-year career, he has held leadership positions in product marketing, product engineering, business development, and solution delivery, covering a range of SCADA, CIM, MES, CMMS, and QMS systems deployed throughout Asia, Europe, and North America. Tracy is responsible for overseeing the implementation and measurement of multi-channel strategies to drive and evolve the AssurX brand and increase visibility and market share. She collaborates with AssurX management to develop and maintain strategic programs that address the marketplace’s needs, the customer, and the organization. Before joining AssurX in 2017, Tracy held various marketing management and business development positions, where she developed and executed successful, innovative campaigns and strategies across product portfolios. PAUL FRICKE, DIRECTOR OF QUALITY Paul is responsible for the management of AssurX’s quality systems. During his 25+ years of quality management experience, he’s held leadership roles in quality project management, validation, supplier management, continuous improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance. With a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the Loyola University of Chicago and 17 years of experience in the life sciences industry in quality, corporate cGMP compliance, internal auditing, validation, supplier management, and international regulatory compliance.
