TAMAR JUNE PRESIDENT & CEO Tamar is an entrepreneur who has mastered the balance of technology, team leadership and customer-focused business throughout her career. Joining the two co-founders of AssurX in 2000, she helped to grow the organization from a lean startup to hundreds of thousands of worldwide users in companies across a variety of markets. Prior to driving the strategy and direction of the business as CEO, she served as Vice President of Strategic Marketing. Sal Lucido

SAL LUCIDO CO-FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT As Executive Vice President and Co-Founder of AssurX, Sal has been instrumental in defining and setting the course for the product platform and growing the company into a global market leader. As EVP and unequivocal product evangelist, Sal is responsible today for product strategy, alliances, and business development. RANDY ROSE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS Randy is a technology visionary responsible for the design and performance of AssurX digital product and network engineering initiatives. He brings 20 years of experience architecting, designing and implementing network technology solutions in multi-platform enterprise environments. As Director of Operations, Randy is responsible for the operation of the AssurX Private Cloud network as well as the AssurX corporate network. He works in alignment with R&D, Professional Services, Product Management, and other key stakeholders to build an efficient, secure business environment for AssurX and a world-class cloud solution for AssurX customers. STEPHANIE MCARDLE VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT – LIFE SCIENCE INDUSTRY Stephanie McArdle is Vice President of Product Management, Life Sciences at AssurX, Inc. She is responsible for leading the development and innovation of AssurX solutions for the life science industry. Stephanie is a SME in quality and compliance system modernization in alignment with FDA and international regulatory standards, and brings over 20 years of practical expertise designing quality systems for global life sciences companies. Stephanie is a Six Sigma Green Belt and certified in change and configuration management (CMII), and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University. John Kielty

JOHN KIELTY
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES

John serves as worldwide Vice President of Sales. Prior to his current role, John served as Regional Sales Manager for the Western Region. He comes to AssurX with 17 years of industry and software experience and a deep personal interest in helping his customers succeed. He has worked with some of the world’s largest businesses in FDA regulated Life Sciences; NERC regulated Utility and Energy, and other industries. Prior to AssurX, John used his industry expertise to successfully develop RSI ID Technologies’ business and helped customers improve business processes in areas of inventory control, asset tracking, supply chain management, logistics, warehouse management, RFID compliance & WIP, and facilitated systems integration to Oracle/JD Edwards, Baan, and SAP.

Eric Cooper

ERIC COOPER DIRECTOR OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Eric is responsible for all levels of assistance to customers who are implementing AssurX solutions. He has over 17 years of experience in Information Technology as a software developer, department manager for a medical device company, and implementing AssurX software over the last 11 years. Eric is a former Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy and he holds a Master of Science degree in Internet Technology from Liverpool University and a Bachelor’s degree in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Michigan. David Vadas

DAVID VADAS VICE PRESIDENT, SPECIAL PROJECTS Dave joined AssurX in 2007 establishing and growing the professional services organization. His present role focuses on management of strategic enterprise implementations of the AssurX system. Over his 36-year career, he has held leadership positions in product marketing, product engineering, business development and solution delivery, covering a range of SCADA, CIM, MES, CMMS and QMS systems deployed throughout Asia, Europe, and North America. Dave is an Engineering Cum Laude graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology; a member of the Pi Tau Sigma and SME societies and an NYS intern professional engineer. VIEW ON LINKEDIN

Paul Fricke

PAUL FRICKE DIRECTOR OF QUALITY Paul is responsible for management of AssurX’s quality systems. During his 25+ years of quality management experience, he’s held leadership roles in quality project management, validation, supplier management, continuous improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance. His expertise includes 17 years of experience in the life sciences industry in the areas of quality, corporate cGMP compliance, internal auditing, validation, supplier management, and international regulatory compliance. Paul is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) and Quality Auditor (CQA). He received a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the Loyola University of Chicago. Mike Snowgold

MIKE SNOWGOLD DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT As Director of R&D, Mike is responsible for design and development of the AssurX platform and related software solutions. He has over 20 years of expertise in software development including web technologies, hardware automation, and reporting systems. This background includes extensive experience in regulated industries such as banking and medical device. Mike joined AssurX in a professional services role, which has allowed him to cultivate a customer focused development approach for the entire R&D team. VIEW ON LINKEDIN

George Gross

GEORGE GROSS REGIONAL SALES MANAGER George joined AssurX in May 2016 to lead sales and account management for AssurX’s eastern region. Prior to joining AssurX, George spent his prior 12 years with Relex and PTC covering a variety of sales leadership roles in risk management, reliability, quality, and compliance. He studied computer science and engineering at Penn State and achieved his ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer certificate in 2007.
