The CATSWeb Team is a cross-business unit team that pioneered a solution for a Web-based tracking system to manage corrective and preventive actions globally. CATSWeb met all the compliance regulations and requirements, was widely accepted by users, and most important of all, met the needs of Guidant. The CATSWeb Team members hailed from Puerto Rico, Ireland and California. After a highly successful pilot program in the third quarter of 2002, the worldwide deployment began in January 2003. |
