Professional Services -- Business Process Consulting

AssurX maintains a staff of highly experienced business process consultants which are available to assist you in identifying operational areas and processes which can be improved, resulting in higher product quality, improved operational efficiencies, and cost savings. All AssurX consultants meet these minimum requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years experience in manufacturing and/or R&D engineering and management
  • At least a Masters Degree in Engineering and/or MBA
  • Exceptional communications and analytical skills

Business Process Survey and Analysis
An AssurX staff consultant will visit your company for several days to identify business processes and operational areas that can be improved, leading to higher product quality and cost savings. The methodology will include (as appropriate) interviews with staff and management, analysis of production, financial, and customer service records, process documentation reviews, etc. The deliverable will be a comprehensive report outlining proposed process changes, expected cost savings, predicted quality improvements, etc. Oral presentations to company management may also be employed. Business Process Implementation
AssurX engineers and staff consultants will work with you to automate your business processes and integrate them with your AssurX software. A process that may have been paper-based, or based on older technologies, will now be integrated into a secure and reliable system that allows authorized users to access it from anywhere, at any time. AssurX will design the form template(s), workflow rules, selection lists, validation rules, external data links, etc. as required to implement the process in the optimal way. Your current paper forms, procedures, and instructions will be used as inputs. The output of a Business Process Survey and Analysis project is another excellent (but optional) input to this process.
