Electronic Complaint Handling and Adverse Event Reporting
The presentation will cover goals, requirements and the selection process associated with complaint handling systems. It will take a look at the current state of affairs associated with documenting and reporting events, reportability evaluations, investigation and corrective actions. It will cover the compliance and business goals such as meeting 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, reporting adverse events, reducing problems, reducing costs and identifying bottle necks in order to reduce cycle times. The presentation will include a hands-on look at a working complaint handling system.
