ABN AMRO Deploys AssurX's CATSWeb to Reduce Costs and Improve Quality of Compliance Oversight

MORGAN HILL, CA -- ABN AMRO Bank N.V’s New York branch, part of a prominent Netherlands-based international bank with over 3,000 branches in more than 60 countries, has selected and begun using AssurX’s CATSWeb enterprise quality and compliance system for management of legal and regulatory compliance oversight. Juel Claxton, Assistant Vice President of Compliance Quality Assurance, managed the selection of a quality assurance software product that would be used to support quality assurance processes, manage testing and oversight activities, and track follow-up actions. “We selected CATSWeb because it met our criteria and is a user-friendly, flexible, and secure application. Within two weeks of our on-site meeting with AssurX, we were entering data into a validated system configured to the way we do business,” Claxton said. Absolute Consulting a Key Partner
Absolute Consulting, Inc., was a valuable partner with AssurX, Inc., in implementing the work processes used by the ABN AMRO Compliance Quality Assurance group in New York. Absolute Consulting was the on-site consultant that assisted the client with their existing paper process and transformed this into a more effective electronic process using AssurX’s CATSWeb product. ABN AMRO is very satisfied with the support they received from the AssurX and Absolute Consulting teams during the implementation and validation phases. “They have also been available to answer user questions during data entry, as well as developing a change management plan for the department roll-outs,” said Juel Claxton of ABN AMRO.
